| How can I even pretend to be a real e-zine without a page
for headlines!? This section will contain newsworthy events related to the
strip club business, especially as it pertains to Los Angeles. Events
covered by the traditional media will still be in the Media Bites section.
This section will be reported by myself and other reporters for Z Bone.
Well, here you go and here we go. One step closer to being just another boring e-zine. Yeah, right! Serenity Goes Online

Shown here are the
winners of Sam's
Ultimate Dancer Contest finals doing some type of Erotic Train dance.
From left to right: 1st Place, Summer (Dancer of the Month for April 1996), 2nd Place, Athena (Dancer of the Month for September 1996), 3rd Place, Doreen from Angeles. The monthly contest will begin again starting February 22, 1997
(last Saturday of each month) and continuing for 6 months and
culminating once again in another final. The word is that the next one
will have bigger prizes. Photo copyright and courtesy Sam's Hof Brau. |
Summer (Dancer of the Month) is currently featuring at the Deja Vu in San Francisco and also is on the cover of Spectator Newsmagazine (January 17-23 issue). There are also numerous pictures of her (nude) in the magazine as well as other dancers from the club.
Blondage (Julia Ann & Janine) featured at Bob's Classy Lady on the weekend before Christmas. Bob's also held their annual X-mas party on December 19th with free food and 25 cent drinks. Personally, I love this 25 cent deal because unlike make nude clubs, Bob's actually has a good selection of drinks to choose from. In case you don't know about Blondage, read my review.
Industrial Strip has opened their second club in Los Angeles near Glendale. Before the opening, the area residents protested the opening which got the attention of some of the local TV stations. Channel 7 and 2 Spanish stations were out in force broadcasting live from across the street from the club. In the strip club business, bad publicity can be better than good publicity. You can't buy TV advertising like this.
For more information, read my new review of this amazing club. Too bad the dancers are not ready for prime time yet.
As of October 27, we have finally made it to our one year anniversary. It's hard to believe one year has gone by already. Thanks for my many fans and supporters as well as my new advertisers. Hopefully, we'll keep going for a few more years.
Unfortunately (for me), Felecia canceled out of her feature schedule at Bob's Classy Lady. That's what I get for getting excited.
The annual finals were held at the Deja Vu (North Hollywood) on October 17, 1996. Summer (Z Bone's Dancer of the Month) won this prestigious award (not to mention the $10,000.00 first prize) by competing against dancers from all the Deja Vus in the US. Congratulations goes out to her from all her fans (including myself). Keep an eye out for her to be featured in their Showgirl Magazine.
If you want to catch her at Deja Vu, you'd better hurry up because she is going on a nation-wide feature tour for Deja Vu corporate starting in a few weeks. If you want to keep in touch with her, you can join her fan club by sending snail mail to:

Bob's Classy Lady will be featuring Felecia (see my Diary) on November 14-16, 1996 for the first time for her in Los Angeles. She's a real sweetheart off stage and I look forward to see her at Bob's.
