Many dedicated Z Bone readers have submitted their nominations for Dancer of the Month or just their fave dancer at their regular club. There's no way for me to go see all of these dancers but I wanted a way to get the word out to everyone. This page is dedicated to those hardworking dancers that puts smiles on our faces. Just wanted to take the time to thank you for your work on the web site. Excellent work and service. Before you go to the Spearmint Rhino downtown, wanted to tell you that it has become a destination for me as a visitor to LA. I have no desire to return to LA, but the downtown Rhino has made it a more difficult departure.

I was there this past Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I believe your review of the dancers is accurate. The dancers are wildly inconsistent ranging from very attractive; I believe I caught Laura Palmer making a visit from Van Nuys. She said because of a recent move she wanted to try the downtown location.

I also had the pleasure of meeting "Anna", who was a lovely 5'9" platinum blonde, naturally endowed young 21 year old lady. She was very nice and intelligent. She gave a great dance, although she might not have been as experienced as Laura, might have been. Also was drawn by "Jenna" and "Fuchsia". All were very welcoming and generous with their time. All were very inviting during the dances. However it was Anna who brought me back al three days, not something I had planned or have ever done. ( I blamed the free passes)

There is a dancer [named Vivian] at the peep show place called Venus Faire. She epitomizes adult entertainment. I don't even know where to begin. She is more beautiful and skilled than any dancer I see on here. I go to this place once in a while but now go more often to see her. I discovered her after a few posts I saw in the review section. my experience at Spearmint Rhino, was memorable. I came back to the club to see lana. I heard she was back. Lana is not only beautiful, but you can hold a conversation with her as well. Her dancing is one of the best that i have seen at this club. She is well worth the money and the time.

I just had three items I wanted to bring up.
1) Thanks for helping my younger brother out. I introduced my younger brother to strip clubs last summer, when he flew out to the West Coast and I took him to Las Vegas for the first time. I went all out for our trip and we spent our evenings at the Olympic Gardens. We had a blast (BTW, he's my younger brother, I'm 33 and he's 25). He came out last month to spend some time in California and we went out again. This time I took him to Fritz's in Bellflower. Again we had a blast. He wanted to learn more about Strip Clubs, so I directed him to your site. He told me that he sent you some email and that you answered a lot of his questions. He even emailed a dancer about some club info. He came away with a very high regard for you, your site and clubs in general. I really appreciate that.

2) How come Fritz's is getting such a bad rap from personal reviews? I'm not a super expert on clubs, so I don't know what these guys are looking for in a club. I really have fun when I go to Fritz's. Beer is only $6.50/pitcher, mixed drinks are $4.25. This is better than some regular clubs I know. The dancers are cute, with some being a particular favorite (Niki is 5'11" goddess (my opinion), with heels she's 6'2. I'm 6'3, and love a girl who almost as tall). There is no pressure about "buying the dancer a drink". The laps are nice and the dancers I met always give full value for the buck; meaning they make sure you get a full dance. My brother also loves Fritz's, so it's disturbing reading such poor reviews. Maybe I'm missing something?

3) Have you had a chance at reviewing Angel's in Corona yet? I literally live just up the road and was thinking about going. The personal reviews are horrible, but then again they also didn't like Fritz's, which is somewhat confusing. I guess I should just go there myself, but I like your reviews and it's nice getting some tips.

My recommendation is for Roxanne. She knows how to make a trip to the Spearmint Rhino Downtown LA a pleasurable experience. First of all this girl is gorgeous. She has a sexy personality and makes you feel special. See attached PIC and judge for yourself. I'm not sure what it takes to be the dancer of the month. She's one of the top money earners at SR Downtown. That must mean something, considering she only been there for 6 weeks. She hasn't had time to develop much repeat business. Which weighs more stage dancing or customer satisfaction? If customer satisfaction is the priority then she's by far a candidate for dancer of the month. This not to imply her stage routine isn't good, she exudes exotic seuality on stage. Personally that's why I asked for the couch dance, all 10 in a row and then back for more, satisfied is an understaement

It was a spur of the moment decision. After nearly two hours of driving [to Spearmint Rhino], I finally reached the club around 10 pm. The feature was nikki tyler and she was already doing her second stage show. She's not an impressive dancer, imo, so the crowd wasn't too noisy last night despite the dj's lackluster attempt to excite the crowd. I did get a polaroid of me and her which was a cool souveiner. Damn, she's got an ass though, and, like you, I'm a buttguy.

Eventually, I got together with frosty and told her that I knew her from zbone's and her website, and that I drove all the way from san diego to see her. Suffice it to say, it was all she needed to hear, hehe. Without getting into details since you're familiar with her nude laps, I received the royal treatment of my life. Btw, the reviews that were posted about her on the mb were right on. Within the span of four hours, I got dances from five other girls (shyla, venus, reve, angelina, and luna) whom I've never read about on the mb. If you've ever seen luna's body, you pretty much know my body type preference. I didn't get a chance with nicole being she was busy. All were high mileage topless dances though frosty's nude laps were off the charts in comparison as you'd put it. I told her I'd return next month to see her again, so we're looking forward to another get together. She's a sweet gal.

well, a lot changes in two weeks. Quit going to Deja Vu and decided to go to Spearmint Rhino. Had a really great time. One dancer, Laura, basically talked to me nost of the night and I ended up buying two dances from her but then she left, did her stage thing and then would like come back and talk to me I guess just for kicks. She said I had a sense of humor and she really liked it. Unfortunately, she did not get my money and I felt really bad about not kicking more towards her. Ended up with Venice. Interesting person she is, she took my phone number when she heard I had a digi cam and know some editting (and yes, I really do). Hope all is well with mighty guardian of carnal knowledge of wicked and wild wenches with fire in their eyes and lust in the loins. Came up with a great idea for dancers, Video resumes! basically a ten minute video on the dancer with information on her and her dance routine. Do you think it would fly?

Although I could hardly afford it, I went to the Spearmint Rhino in Van Nuys tonight because I like Nikky Tyler and she was featuring there.

This review isn't about Nikky, though...

I had to hurry to get there because I only found out she was there tonight at about 10, and her showtime was at 11; I didn't know if I'd stay till 1am for her last show. So I got directions off the net and hurried over.. I was so hurried (haven't been to a club in a long time) I didn't even get a chance to check what you had to say about the Van Nuys Rhino.

She went on at about 11:20; I have a feeling that must be a typical thing. Definitely a gorgeous woman, in my opinion; maybe she's silicone-enhanced, but the results are worth paying to look at. She danced well, too, not as nasty as I expected a feature to be; but in fact this was the first feature I've ever been to. She gave out posters at the end to the guys who made the most noise, and rubbed herself with them before giving them out which of course caused a lot of racket.

So I decided I wanted to hang out until her 1am show. They had a three-girl act on stage at 12pm or so and that was pretty spectacular. I think they were Barbie, Sparkle, and one other, but I can't quite remember now... I guess my tips were outclassed by some really high bidders because I saw some guys getting a lot of action that I missed out on (though two were sitting next to me so I sort of got to share, you know).

While I was at the Rhino I got a real feeling of hostility. Maybe it was because I kept turning down all the gorgeous women when they offered lap dances; but anyway, I felt that when most of the dancers weren't on stage or giving laps, they acted almost hostile. Very cold generally.

I was waiting for Nikky's final stage show. My birthday is later this month so I'm going to check her out at the downtown Spearmint Rhino, see what happens. I was feeling kind of stiff and uncomfortable; too many cold looks from beautiful dancers, too many stuck-up females, I guess, strutting around while waiting for laps or their stage dance. Then something really nice happened.

I'm watching a curvaceous lady named Sparkle entertaining the crowd, from back at the bar, with a stool turned away from the bar to face the main stage. I liked that because I felt less guilty about not tipping each dancer on the stage (is that wrong?). I was feeling strange, because of the wierd vibes from the dancers.

Then a very sweet girl came up to me, in a lovely red gown and white heels, with a smile that's pure winner. She was short and petite, and a natural, spontaneous way of talking unlike the vixen-from-Beverly-Hills attitudes so many other girls were copping. (I remember one who came up to me and rubbed my chest very nicely while asking me to dance... is there any nicer way to say it besides "Not right now, thanks"? She was visibly disappointed when I declined.) This girl walks by and says "You should smile sometime!", brightly, warmly, and I couldn't help but give her a little smile. And so she just comes up and pulls a stool up next to me and starts talking, and asked what was wrong, and I told her what I thought about the other dancers. And she sounded a little surprised, but then she said, "Well, not all dancers are the same." And it went from there... she was just a pleasure to talk to, very easy to talk to, and it just felt like she didn't have to do that. She didn't ask for a lap, and we talked about a few different things. She left when they called the dancers to the dressing room and I enjoyed, from afar, Nikky's stage show.

Before she left, Venus (that was her name) told me to stay right where I was and she would be right back. She didn't come back until the big lineup; she was first in line, and she headed straight to me. I was already on my feet by the time she got to me. We went to that open booth right by the main entrance, which I actually didn't mind once things got going, although it was wide open. We talked for a bit while the rest of the girls hunted for their victims, while she took her shoes off, and it just felt like the best, most fun, most comfortable thing. She didn't have the biggest tits of the group, she didn't have the longest legs; her outfit was basically simple, red gown, black lingerie underneath, and nice white heels. But she was just so warm and sweet and positive and enjoyable, and she knew what a guy wanted in a lap dance (well, what I wanted anyway.) Lots of grinding, lots of warmth.. I didn't do anything that bothered her, and she took good care of me, almost too much. It felt close, which from a cold-and-sober point of view is odd since we were perfect strangers. Maybe I -wanted- to feel more comfortable with her because she made me able to feel that, so it was more my expectations and wants than anything else. But I don't think so. I think she's a sweet, warm girl who also knows how to be sexy.. she makes being scanty-clad and giving lap dances feel wholesome!

As far as the club goes, it was clean, pretty well-designed.. one big complaint, though. It's so dark, and they have these erratic, annoying-as-hell lights that sweep around, little mini-spotlights that are often blue or red. Red's fine, but when they're blue or regular light they swoop into your eyes, and they're damn bright, and it hurts because the rest of the club's so dark. Detracts from the fun of being at the tiprail (hello, management). Being so dark also makes stage shows more frustrating.. which maybe is the plan.... I also think the surchage the club puts on ATM use is a load of crap too.

The three-girl show was pretty cool too..

So anyway. Venus, at the Rhino in Van Nuys. Sunday-Thursday, evenings I guess. Great girl, great dancer. I'm sure she knew what she was doing, dropping down next to a stiff, bemused young guy and being sparkly, or not even sparkly but just warm and friendly and natural. But she couldn't be -sure- that I'd want a dance, so it says something about her too. I'll go back sometime, mainly just to see her. Maybe you should meet her and give her a try, she could use the attention.

I was shocked to come across Madilyn at the Century Lounge, not only is she the most beautiful girl i've seen there, but one of the most beautiful i've ever seen period. I have a confession to make about a club. TJ's in Stanton, as a matter of fact. I used to rail against this club, calling it a cheap, dirty, run-down, all-around health hazard. I vowed I would never set foot in such a shithole.

Then one fine Spring day a friend was like, "Let's go to that nudie bar on Beach", and I didn't have a clue. We showed up and I was going, oh, shit, not this garbage pit. I complained and ranted, to no avail. We entered with me expecting the worst, and sure enough, the place is filthy. The girls, though, were knockouts! We had a great time, and I was converted.

I am now a certified TJ's afficianado. The club is still a cheap, dirty, run-down, all around health hazard but I love it, for three main reasons:

1. The quality of the dancers for such a disgusting venue is amazing. Trouble, Chanel, T. Monroe, Ashley, Emily, Melody, etc. are all top picks.

2. The lack of pressure to buy drinks constantly for any dancer you talk to for over three seconds is also endearing, unlike virtually every other club in Calif. I love going and relaxing without being harassed by waitresses.

3. It's four miles from my house!!!!

Thanks for hearing me out. Damn that makes me feel better, I felt like such a hypocrite.

I have been frequenting the Bare Elegance for approximately 3 years and I have seen some really goodlooking dancers but this one has that something special.

In the looks department she is definately a 10. She has dark hair, blue-green eyes, an amazing smile, a body to die for and an ass that I think is hotter than any I have ever seen.

What makes her stand out amongst all the lovelies at the Bare Elegance is her attitude and her personality. Rarely have I ever met a dancer that sparkles in a place of diamonds. She is very outgoing and she aims to please.

Do yourself a favor and go see her at the Bare Elegance. I have seen her a few times during the week but mostly on Friday and Saturday nights.

I think I was in the club during the day shift- night shift change cause I saw alot of new faces coming in the door around 7. I had to write. I came across an amazingly hot new dancer out there. Here name is Nikki and she just started working at Club Savannah in West LA/Santa Monica. The club is at Olympic and Bundy.
