Golden Palms to Open in Downtown

One of the readers alerted me to this new presumably nude strip club in downtown Los Angeles located on Commercial at the corner of Vignes. All that's there right now is a building with a temporary sign and the parking lot is fenced in with police cars parked there.

However, right next to this building, there is a new, larger commercial building with a large parking lot in front of it.  And coincidentally (or not), there are brand new palm trees planted in front of this area.  So far, there doesn't seem to be much activity yet at this location.
