This is another of the jack-shack variety, where you pay for a private show (dance, masturbation, dildo, etc.) in a private room, and are invited to get comfortable and take care of yourself. (Getting comfortable also sets the girl's mind at ease that you're not vice.) Pricing practices are similar to Mitchell Brothers, where you suggest how much you want to pay, and the dancer tells you what she'll do for that price.
