New ASSC IRC Chat Room

As of today, LMR has suggested ASSCers use a new chat room on IRC located on server irc.webmaster.com:6667 (instead of EFNET) and channel #ass-c (as before). For those of you were are not able to use IRC because of a firewall, you can now use a Java enabled browser to access the ASSC IRC chat room.
