This video is hosted by Fawnia who has won numerous Canadian dance awards, including Miss Nude Amateur World and North Americas Exotic Dance Champion. Fawnia performs all the demonstrations and the voice over throughout the entire video. The video covers standing or "traveling" moves like kickball change, cross touch and side to side moves. I didn't even know those moves that I've seen many times in strip clubs had names.

Next, Fawnia shows you how to do moves with your arm and body as well as the "walk and turn" move that all dancers should learn. I used to see Ms. Hunter do this move a lot and wondered why all dancers don't do it. It makes the ordinary moves look a lot more professional. Fawnia continues with other standing moves including "against the wall", which is like the Kim Basinger move in 9 1/2 Weeks.

The second section deals with floor moves including how to turn 180 degrees on the floor, crawling gracefully, arching your back, lifting your butt on your hand and split moves. These moves will spice up any dancer's portfolio.

In the last section, Fawnia shows you how to stretch before dancing to make your body flexible so you don't hurt yourself.

Also, as an added bonus, the video contains 2 theme spots where Fawnia dresses up as a French maid and a little leather outfit. It doesn't really teach you anything but who doesn't like seeing a dancer in a French maid costume? Unfortunately, this video is for serious lessons and there is no nudity.

All in all, this video is a must for anybody thinking about featuring or winning a dance contest and would help any dancer improve her skills and look more professional on stage.

Volume 8 contains 3 real life dancers from the East coast: Lora (from Philadelphia), Jennifer (from Weymouth, NJ, now bartending and dancing in Miami) and Tammy (from Admiral Lounge, Camden, NJ).

In the first scene, Jennifer plots to get Lora in trouble with a customer who wants a private lap dance. Jennifer sends Lora to a hotel room to do the lap dance for her customer. Lora proceeds to do a medium-mild lap dance for him. As planned, the customer pretends to be dissatisfied with her performance and puts her over his lap for a "red hot" spanking.

Next, Jennifer get what's coming to her when she also decides to do a dance for the customer. Some dancers just don't learn. She get's spanked as much as Lora if not more while Lora listens on the phone. Jennifer is a hottie and I couldn't wait to see her get spanked.

In the last separate scene, another dancer, Tammy, also pretty much get's the same lap-top treatment from the crazed customer.

Keep in mind that this video is a low budget production, even by adult video standards, so don't expect too much, like good lighting or expensive sets. What this video does have is plenty of real spanking and dancers squirming on a customer's lap. As a bonus, I noticed was that there was an injection of humor that I usually don't see in these types of videos. It's nice to see that the producers of the video aren't taking things too seriously.

If spanking isn't your bag, this probably won't get you there. But if you want to see strippers getting their asses spanked until it's "red hot", this may be just the ticket.
