Z:
Where are you originally from?
T:
I grew up in the small town of Santa Clarita on the outskirts of Los Angeles
near "Magic Mountain". It's where I was born and raised. When I was little
there was nothing in that town, now it's a large suburban city filled with
housing tracks, malls and fast food joints. Once in a while when I visit
old friends I can't believe how much the town has grown.
Z:
Do you remember the very first time you danced on stage? How was it like?
T:
The first time I got on stage I was very nervous. I think for about the first
year I danced I had to go pee everytime I was about to go on stage! After
awhile you get comfortable with it. I was more nervous to dance in front
of the other girls and my co-workers because they can be very critical sometimes.
But after hearing men tell you night after night for years how beautiful
you are, it helps you get over any insecurities you might have about your
body.
Z:
With a body like yours, what's there to worry about? What about featuring?
What made you start?
T:
I was already dancing for a few years making good money, but the feature
dancers were making the big bucks. So I did what it took to become a feature.
I posed for dozens of magazines, Hustler, High Society,
Club, Swank, Cheri, Leg Action, Hawk,
and others. I did an Up and Coming strip tease video with Randi West,
another with Ed Powers. I also did a video for Playboy videos called
Girls
of the Internet and
Girls
Next Door. I entered the Miss Nude LA contest and won first place.
My credits were piling up. So I got myself an agent and took my show on the
road.
Z:
I've seen the Ed Powers video with you in it but you did not have any sex
scenes. Are you planning on doing adult videos in the future?
T:
I only do strip tease videos. Why should I let someone else make money off
me? I want to make money off me. [Laughs] So I put together my very own website
called Tylersex.com and save the good
stuff for my paying members.
Z:
While we're on your website, tell me more about what you are doing with it?
T:
I just put up my own "live" amateur web cam in my bedroom with a free chat
room. You can also check out many pictures and videos of me, which I'm updating
all the time. Plus, all my friends "live", 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Never a dull moment.
Z:
Let's talk more about your featuring. Where have you featured?
T:
I haven't been everywhere yet. I'm working on it. I've been to Connecticut,
Long Island, Florida, San Francisco, Michigan, Mississippi, and North Carolina.
I've also featured here in LA at
The Gentlemen's Club
near Glendale.
Z:
Where else would you like to feature?
T:
I want to go everywhere! Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia. I
haven't seen much of the east coast. I'd like to see the country as I'm getting
paid to travel. [Laughs]
Z:
As a dancer, I'm sure you have some favorite music. What do you like to dance
to?
T:
I dance to all kinds of music but classic rock and alternative rule the strip
scene. Some of the clubs have rules against rap music, heavy metal, and songs
with vulgar lyrics! I personally like some
Jane's
Addiction,
Santana,
A-3,
FooFighters,
and
Erika
Badu. The
Stealing
Beauty
soundtrack
is one of my very favorites! But when I'm not working, I listen to some punk
rock like
NOFX,
Guttermouth,
Ramones,
Bad
Religion, and
Pennywise.
And you must check out these guys,
The
Outside. When I'm cleaning my house I like to listen to
Alice
in Chains.
Z:
I bet you have some stories to tell about dancing. What is the funniest thing
that has ever happened to you at a club?
T:
Well, I'm very clumsy but I don't embarrass easily. I've learned to laugh
at myself. Some of the funniest moments for me are the stripper bloopers,
slipping on stage, spilling customers drinks, forgetting to wear my underwear
under my costume at a topless club. [Laughs] I've even hit up the
owner of the club for a private dance thinking he was a customer.
Z:
Anything scary ever happened to you at a club?
T:
Some scary things have happened. I've been followed home lots of times. My
friend was mugged by an armed man waiting under her car in the strip club
parking lot. I've even been question by the LAPD regarding a customer that
committed homicide. You just gotta be careful. Don't accept candy from
strangers... never let your drink leave your sight, and if you're being followed
home, drive straight to the police station. Take this advice and you'll be
all right.
Z:
Yeah. Better safe than sorry, I always say. Let's talk about lap dancing.
Do you do high mileage or nasty ones?
T:
It's not very often that you can get real nasty in the clubs, but we try
to get away with as much as possible when the bouncer's not looking. [Laughs]
I give a hell of a lap dance when they're not looking. But the nastiest I've
gotten is with another dancer! [Laughs] A customer paid me and another girl
to do a double table dance. Let's just say he got his money's worth!
Z:
Let me get a little personal.. Do you have any pet peeves?
T:
I'm pretty easy going with no real hang-ups. I mean nobody likes a snorer.
[Laughs]
Z:
What do I like to do in your spare time?
T:
Is there really such thing as spare time? Or is that like extra money? [Laughs]
In my world, my time is very precious to me. I enjoy golfing and bike riding
as often as I can. I also try to spend alot of time with my family and friends.
In the winter, I like to go snow boarding in Mammoth Lakes and go to the
movies alot.
Z:
Speaking of movies, which ones do you like?
T:
There's so many good movies out right now, I don't have a favorite but I'll
name a few you gotta see.
Life
is Beautiful,
Cider
House Rules,
Green
Mile,
American
Beauty and
Boys
Don't Cry.
Z:
Any favorite TV shows?
T:
My favorite TV shows are Ally McBeal, Friends,
Providence, and The Practice.
Z:
What would you like to be doing 10 years from now?
T:
In 10 years I'll be 35. Hopefully, I've invested wisely and put myself through
school to become a hypnotheropist or some kind of social worker or child
psychologist. I haven't thought about having kids of my own but I would
definitely consider adopting or foster parenting. There's alot of children
out there that need homes and family guidance.
Z:
What type of guys and gals are you attracted to?
T:
I don't have a particular type. I've dated long hair, short hair, shaved
head, tall, small, fat, thin, blond, brunette, and all different nationalities.
But the one thing they all had in common were great personalities that attracted
me in the first place. I like to laugh. I like to enjoy life!
Z:
I agree. Laughing is good. Well, thanks a bunch for your time.
T:
You're welcome. Tell everyone to come visit me.
