 As of 2003, this club is no longer a
sister club of the Bare and Jet. The following review is from 2000.
This club is owned by the owner of
Bare and Jet Strip.
Renovated inside and out in 1997. The parking lot is a little small for this
sized club. There is valet parking but you can pay and park yourself. As you
enter the DJ booth doubles as the cashier. The main stage with runway is to
the right and features poles and a horizontal pole between the vertical
poles. This club used to be the bomb club in the 80's when MTV videos where
shot there.
Since the renovation, there is now a smaller stage against the far wall.
The bathrooms are to the right toward the exit (to the parking lot). The
men's bathroom features a trough urinal like at the ballpark. The women's
bathroom doubles as the entrance to the dressing room and backstage. The bar
is to the left, there is a separate VIP room with its own stage for parties
to the far left. There is a raised area to the right where the
private dance booths
are located. There used to be a
shower dance booth but I
have never seen anybody do a shower there. Full-on nude
floor shows are not
permitted or at least are probably still discouraged.
Dance contest on Tuesday, first prize is supposed to be $300 but if too
slow, might be $150. New setup has larger dressing room for dancers.
There seems to be a few very new good looking dancers here from out of
town. I don't know how long they will last there because nobody is making
any money. Catch a glimpse of them before they jet out.
