[DrD, violator of etiquette by responding to own post]--> A pun. It was supposed to be a pun, right?

[N]-->DrD: pun or not, would you care to illuminate us with etiquette of post? Finz

[Post]--> As the official law enforcement authority here, please allow me to jump in, DrD:

Posting Etiquette: The Basic Dozen

1. Don't use all caps. It is considered shouting.
2. Don't respond to your own posts, except to clarify a point or correct a misstatement. Of course, you may respond to someone who has responded to you.
3. Don't shill... that is, don't pretend to be a customer of a club if you are actually a dancer or other employee. This is true whether you are praising or trashing a club. (Conversely, don't pretend to be a dancer if you are a customer.)
4. Don't post ad hominum attacks... That means don't attack people when you disagree with them; attack the ideas or statements that you disagree with. This rule does not apply when you are flaming someone who richly deserves it.
5. Never post the same post twice, especially to different topics, no matter what the post is about.
6. Stay on-topic. If you don't know the appropriate topic, use "Anything Goes."
7. Don't criticize other people's spelling or grammar.
8. Be polite, even when you disagree. It even sounds better when you are flaming somone: "Sir, I suggest you go fuck yourself," sounds much cooler than, "Eat shit and die, you twinkie."
9. Speaking of flames, only flame people who truly deserve it. Give people the benefit of the doubt. There is a good chance something that seems offensive wasn't really meant that way. This also goes for dancer reviews. Just because a dancer is low mileage, is no reason to post that she's a fat, overweight ho, or that she's a ROB. Just say you didn't like her dances.
10. When someone writes something so outrageous that it seems deliberately provocative, it is called a troll. The best thing to do is ignore it. In general, the madder and more upset you are by a post, the less you should consider responding to it.
11. For the love of God, SNIP! When you respond to someone's post, only include enough of the original post so that a new reader can understand the context. Generally speaking, the longer the post you are responding to, the less of it you should include.
12. When posting a response, put your answer following the original post, put your name within the quote marks [yournamehere]-->, and keep your response, if not brief, at least interesting. Try to use something resembling standard punctuation and capitalization... Something that seems cute (like all lowercase with no commas) when you post it is probably annoying to everyone who reads it.

That's all... You're under arrest...
