What is a Forum?
The Forum is very similar to a bulletin board. Just like a bulletin
board at school or at the grocery store, this is your opportunity to
speak out and tell it like it is. The forum is more informal than the
Review Board and users are encouraged to post messages that are not just
reviews of clubs.
What do I need to use the Forum?
Since you are reading this FAQ, you already have most of what you need
to use the Forum. To make full use of the Forum features, you need a
browser that can use JavaScript HTML files. If you have an old browser
(and don't want to upgrade), or you are using the AOL 3.0 browser, you
may not be able to use all the features of the Forum. Please upgrade
your browser by downloading the latest version from their respective
websites.
How often does the Forum get updated?
That's the beauty of this Forum. It gets updated when you add something.
It's real time and fast. Just post a message and as soon as you press
the button to post, the message goes online on the website. You don't
have to wait on my lazy ass to update this puppy.
Can I post ANYTHING?
Yes, you can post anything. However, I reserve the right to edit or
delete a post for the following reasons: If there is a post that is
repeated for no apparent reason, I will delete it. If a post mentions
illegal activities by specific hostesses or at a named club, I will
redact that portion of the post, or the entire post. To see the entire
full official rules for the Forum, click here.
Please keep in mind that it is likely that law enforcement is reading
this Forum and would love to use it to bust hostesses and/or clubs.
Otherwise, if the information is incorrect or if you disagree with a
post, simply post your own message. That's the beauty of this Forum.
Everybody gets to have their say.
How come my message doesn't show up?
Most likely, this is due to your browser caching the old copy of the
page. Try pressing the "Reload" button on your browser to see
your new message.
What is the little question mark next to the name for?
You can click on this icon to automatically perform a "whois"
function on the name. This will allow you to find out the available
profile of the person.
Can I post an anonymous message?
Unlike the Bulletin Board, you must register your name before you can
post a message. You can browse the Forum without registration. As for
the name, you don't have to enter your real name. I would suggest that
you pick a "handle", or nickname and use the same one
everytime you post a review. In this way, at least the other readers can
recognize that you have posted before and will, perhaps, read what you
have to say.
Why do I have to register my name?
Unlike the bulletin board, I want to try to make the people posting
messages to be responsible for what they say. Of course, one can still
register a bogus name but the hope is that by making it a little more
difficult to place a message, to reduce the "noise" factor and
"hit and run" posters.
I forgot my password. Can you give it to me?
You can go to the "Forgot your password?" link and type in
your handle. Your password will be emailed to the address that you
entered when you registered.
How do I change my password?
Click on the "[Change Profile]" link from the opening page.
You will be presented with a screen to allow you to change your
password.
I have a new email address. Do I have to register a new name?
No. You can simply update your email address. Click on the "[Change
Profile]" link from the opening page. You will be presented with a
screen to allow you to change your email address. When you change your
email address, we will automatically assign you a new password and email
it to your new email address. Be sure to enter the correct email
address or you will not be able to login to your account.
Why is my favorite club not included?
I have not had time to include a Forum section for all the hostess clubs
on my website. If you feel that you want to place reviews for a
particular club, you can email me with your suggestion.
How do I find new or recent messages?
If you login as a registered user, all the messages posted since your
last time you logged in will have the word "NEW" shown in red.
If you just want to see a list of the new messages, click on "List
New Messages Only".
How long does the messages stay on the Forum?
When the number of messages become too large, the older ones will be
deleted. Currently, there are no plans on archiving old messages.
