Z:
Where are you from?
J:
I was born in Oahu, Hawaii. I lived there for 8 years then family moved here.
I didn't have choice. I wish we stayed there.
Z:
How did you get started dancing?
J:
I used to work at a hot dog cart in Fashion Island and all my friends kept
telling me I was wasting my time. Also the money was so much better so they
talked me into it.
Z:
Do you remember your first night dancing?
J:
Yes, I felt like such a fool. My legs were shaking and I thought I was going
to pass out. Back then we were not allowed to drink so it was a little harder
to get up the courage. But after a few times it got easier and the money
just kept coming in.
Z:
Do you still enjoy dancing?
J:
I do enjoy my job, but some nights are harder then others, and the men always
want more then I can give sometimes.
Z:
Do you prefer the club you are working at?
J:
I love the way our club works. Sometimes I wish we did things differently
but its worked for so many years why mess up a good thing. If I need change
I will go to Las Vegas for the weekend.
Z:
Do you have any time for hobbies?
J:
That's the best part of my job next to the money. We can take time off whenever
we want. I have a 27ft carrera boat and I go to the the River, and over to
Catalina for a weekend of diving or just relaxing in the sun. Plus my three
dogs keep me pretty busy. I used to have a Harley, 1990 Fat boy but some
fool stole it. Dirt bikes was also a hobbie but I sold them to my girlfriend
last year.
Z:
What do you like to do on your days off?
J:
Take my dogs to the beach, or go out on the boat with friends for the day,
or just lay around a read a good book.
Z:
What type of music do you like to dance to at work?
J:
Blues, and very sex oriented slow songs.
Z:
What type of music do you listen to at home?
J:
I try not to. I do it all night at work I need a little quite at home.
Z:
What's your favorite movie or TV show?
J:
E.R. X-Files, and my favorite movies are
Excaliber,
Legend, and
The
Devil's Advocate.
Z:
Well, thanks Jonee for letting us get to know you a little bit.
J:
My pleasure. Tell everyone to come say hello.
