Santa Fe is sandwiched in the same block as Déjà Vu, Baby Dolls,
and Fare West. If you are careful and park in the right location, you can
check out four clubs with very little effort. Santa Fe has adequate parking
both valet and self-serve. The club is mid size with seven or eight stages.
This made for some very long sets for the dancers. The night I visited, with
a dancer friend, the club was about forty percent full. There were plenty
of very attentive servers. My friend knew one of the dancers and a manager,
which smoothed the way for some special attention. The beer was cold but
the seats could use some much-needed improvement.
There were an abundance of dancers of all shapes, sizes and styles. There
were true dancers and the usual strutters. Most of the dancers were very
"friendly" but there was a manager who seemed to always be around couching
the dancers on their "conduct". Most of dancers ignored his "advise" when
he wasn't around. Look for May, Tanya, and Faith if you like close dances.
Probably the best of the bunch is Taylor. She is a raven-haired beauty with
just a hint of the "Goth" look. Her performances on stage were inspiring
and her laps will keep your attention. She comes on a little "hard" but don't
be "put off". She just needs a little time to warm up. I much prefer an honest
personality likes hers to the fake smile and "bubble head persona" that most
dancers exhibit.
On my several visits, I've found Santa Fe to be very inconsistent. Sometimes
totally dead, sometimes very pleasant, and sometimes busting at the seams.
With its proximity to other clubs it is worth checking out to see if it is
your "cup of tea". During the day look for the young man in the parking lots
giving away discount passes. Check out the local adult entertainment guides
for free admission passes in Santa Fe's advertisements.

With this club "somedays its peanuts and somedays its shells". So far, I've
