Dallas Gentleman's Club is another older spot sadly in need of some sprucing
up. This was another one of these places that closed off all the prime parking
spaces which remained empty since there was no attendant present. The door
girl and the beer girl were engaged in an intense conversation and both seemed
irritated with the interruption of my arrival. No smiles or welcome.
The club was dingy even in the dark lighting of a topless club. The chairs
were uncomfortable and the table was so old I doubt the waitresses could
ever get it clean. The music was extremely loud to the point that I'm sure
the employees and dancers could claim workman's compensation insurance for
their hearing loss.
There were six stages with four occupied. The club seats about 150 patrons
with the usual pool tables, video games, etc. The clientele was mostly
blue-collar types.
The dancers ranged from 3s to 6s. The best pure dancer I saw was Dannika
who displayed good moves as she danced to "Stand by Me". Cookie, Jennifer,
and Amber all performed upbeat versions of the "stripper strut". Veronica
(AKA Love Goddess) came by my table for a visit and was very chatty. She
wanted to tell me all about the music scene in Dallas.
I'll place it on my list for a night check, but not very high on my list.
Happy Hunting!
