This club has been sold to new owners. The following review is from
before the sale.
This is one of those neighborhood clubs that have been
around for a while. As a matter of fact, it has been privately owned by the
same 2 owners since 1976 and is not affiliated with any other club. There is
free parking at the club, or you can simply park on the street.
From the outside, it looks like a regular bar. The entrance is on the side
where the parking lot is. It's a nice comfortable looking place inside. It's
not glitzy but very laid back and relaxed atmosphere. As you enter, the DJ
booth is now to the right side and he will collect the $5 cover.
There is a stage in the right side room, as well as another stage in the
left side room near the bar. On busy nights both stages are used. The
stage near the bar seems to be the main stage. The pool tables have been
moved towards the left side of the room and the video games are now on the
left side of the main stage.
This club is a full bar so you can order beer or hard liquor. The waitress
was friendly and did not push drinks like at some factory clubs. You can
also order some good food for lunch or dinner. Nic's (as the regulars call
this pace) has a weekly pool tournament with cash prizes every Wednesday
night starting at 9pm and the cover is waived. On Tuesdays, they have a 2
for 1 lunch special (2 for the price of one, so bring a friend) and $2.00
MGD and Miller Lite, all day and night. On Monday through Saturdays from 5pm
to 8pm, Nic's have their happy hour. Every other week, they also have a
Miller Beer special with giveaways and once a month, the Miller Girls come
to visit.
Although there were not tons of dancers here, the ones that I saw were
good looking for such a small neighborhood club. I didn't see anybody doing
chair dances but I was told that they are available for $10. Since it is a
topless with alcohol club, I would have to guess that it is no touch or very
mild. This is not the place for that kind of activity. Come here to
drink and chat with your favorite dancer.
This is definitely the RJ type of local hangout. If you are nearby and
want that cold bottle of beer while looking at "half nekid wimmin", try this
place out. If you like small petit girls, checkout Cream and
Luscious.
