A few more ramblings.

.....I think I understand Martin and his fifty plus laps. I was at the beach one afternoon . My wife and I saw a bunch of squirrels along the rocks. We had just bought some lunch, so we had a few fries to throw out to the little critters. They seemed so happy as they gulped down the little tidbits we threw out. A few minutes later, I saw some lady come over. She seemed to be a pro She knew where the squirrels were and she was prepared. She had a whole loaf of bread, and a head of lettuce. All the squirrels were running over to her. They were so excited, she got all kinds of attention and spread so much happiness. I thought to myself. " Benn, Next time, you should be like Martin and bring some more food"

....Went to Vegas this week. Crazyhorse has definitely improved. They have expanded again. Laps there are intense.

.... Vegas clubs for me are best between 1PM and 9PM, this is when the regular girls who actually work there are on duty. After 9 or so, a lot of the out of town girls come in to work. Lots of phonies. Lots of hustle, they are more like professional gunslingers than dancers. One late shift gal named Paladin gave me her card, it said "Have Gun Will Travel"

....I went to the Valley Ball last Saturday afternoon. I sat down ordered my drink and got ready for the show. Before I had my first sip of that fine 6 dollar water, three kids from my neighborhood came in and sat at the stage. I ducked out of there faster than the "One Armed Man"

....If you ever have three hours or so, you should have Saxbeat tell you his stories about Mitchel Brothers in Frisco. Wow!! Have I lived a sheltered life.

....Ill go on record right now and say it. "The Red Head" is a bit of a phoney.

....Thursday night , I was a part of a new phenomenon, I'll call it a "Spontanious Z-Con". Five of the posse actually ran into each other quite by coincidence. Actually, if you count Xman, there were six of us. I had a great time. I know this happens at the Jet quite a bit, but I think this was one of the first ones
at a different club.

.... I spoke to a new girl at the Dead Rhino in Van Nuys Saturday afternoon. She had some interesting info. When she auditioned, they really like her and wanted her to work there. Maybe because she could breathe on her own, maybe because she had no artificial limbs, I am not sure why. Anyway, the club manager pulled out a chart and showed her how many dances the girls had gotten on the night before. The top dancer had done forty two dances. I don't know if that is a lot or a little for a good dancer, but I found it interesting.

.... I still like Cheatahs in Vegas best of all. I am sure part of it is the price. On Tuesday , dances are two for one all day in the VIP room. During the week, dances in the day are ten dollars out on the main floor.

....I bet if it was analyzed carefully, the "Buy the lady a drink?" scam brings in very little extra money. I say this because, most times, I won't even go to a club if I know that scam is used there. I have talked to a lot of guys around here who feel the same way. A policy that keeps customers away should at least be looked into.

...I posted here a few weeks back, that beers are two dollars at Bob Sports Bar. They may have a few specials going at various times of the day, but most beers are much more, even draft beer.

.....In the clubs in Vegas, I introduced myself by many different names , with many different professions. I was a lawyer, a printer, a banker, a club manager, and a couple of other things. The one profession that got me the most attention , was "Rocket Scientist", by far.
