[Snapshot]-->I heard that Capt. Creams got raided a couple of weeks ago by ABC???
Who are they? What does ABC stand for? What Police agency(s) are involved?
I'd like to know who these guys are.

[kennybe]--> i believe its the Alcohol Beverage Control agency. i think its a state agency that controls liquor licsences. if an establishment is breaking any rules, they lose thier liquor permit. |
