If the location and ambiance is good perhaps all it needs is GOOD MANAGEMENT. Which factors are lacking? If location is bad like Vintage Industrial , well, no amount of bizz savvy can make it work.
Take VIPnoho. It was a shithole but when new owner took over and got Spawn to market it it is now a popping club. This is a classic case study where good location and ambiance was already there and all it needed was management that knows how to run a bizz.

4 club owners have giving it a try (the past 7 years) and It wouldn't surprised me if ANOTHER SUCKER thinks he make it work.

I decided to take one for the team.... sigh... I've never said anything bad about a club, but there were 4 girls and me. I walked in and they basically knocked each other over to get to me. I am a good looking dude... but this race was to get to the only customer in what seemed like days to them.
I went to the stage to avoid the hustle and I swear I kept my eyes closed through most of the performances. It was a learning experience and I hope for those who venture after me, that you have a better time. The club is open until 6 am so... more power to you.

This is a trip report about the new Godfather in NoHo.
I was there Friday nite. This club looks good. There was about 15 girls there. Not too many ppl. Most of the girls were good lookers. The dance area is pretty private. I get a very good dance with Prescila. The VIP area needs improvement. This club has potential to be the best SC in NoHo. The manager is cool, he listened to my advice on how to improve the club. I will visit this club again in a month or so.

it seems like its going to be a great day and the flyer has some pretty great deals on it.

Nice Place, No Business(part 2)

I got cut off from my original post, But when I was leaving the exit door toward the left side I suspect they must have a car shop right next to this club inside their lot as I notice 2 garage doors open but didnt bother to take a look inside while I was leaving. That would explained to me all those cars that were parked there that night as they sure weren't there for the club. I'm not 100% on that fact though could be they are remodeling to make a subway or Massage Parlor for all I know LOL.
Just seems so Fucking weird to have all those cars and Yet NO CUSTOMERS(only 4) AND HARDLY NO Fucking DANCERS(ONLY 5) Inside the club.
This club I'll admit is very nice looking inside, But don't think it will last no longer than a year as I don't see how it will draw any business with DVNH only a few minute walking distance away. It has already failed 3 times with different owners in the past 6 years (Pink Diamonds,Silver Reign, Desire) not sure why these owners think they will succeed after the others couldn't draw hardly any customers and they did have deep pockets in promoting it, But it sure didn't help them one bit.
Cog, Instead of buying me a drink how about giving me my $20 back from this BS of a club to my paypal account for taking one for the team You might have had a laugh at my expense, But still am not happy with that wasted trip.

Wiz, I should have gone right after that bad fiasco at Godfathers but decided to head home. I had no Idea you dirtbags were at the Vu including the Legendary Pervert_MINE was there too. Had I known this well in advance I would have gone there Instead. <sigh> oh well
One thing is for sure, I'M NEVER GOING BACK HERE EVERY AGAIN!!!

I haven't been to this club in several years. Not when it was Sliver Reign, Nor Desire, but have visited a few times when it first open up 6 years ago as Pink Diamonds.
Why did I go here? Well I was driving by heading to the VU, But curiousity Killed the Cat and I saw it was packed(about 30+ cars) inside their parking lot and more cars parked by the outside curb in front of the club. I thought, Boy for a new club that just opened up must be a FULL HOuse in there.
I always would see their parking lot DEAD empty when I headed to DVNH, things must of change that is what I had thought.
So I drove up at about 11:30PM last Saturday night. No valet parking, No Parking charge. I'm off to a good start unlike the other times.
So as I soon as I enter, the door guy(I dont think he speaks any English/Seriously) asked me in Spanish whether I wanted the bottom floor or top floor. I asked him is one part Nude other part topless for liquir drinks?
He goes on to say NO, the bottom floor is for the ladies, at the top floor is a Gay Club. Gay club WTF? I told him I'm here for the ladies. So he smiles as I hand him the cover($20 charge) as he gives me a ticket for a free drink inside.
So as soon as I enter, ONLY 5 DANCERS, and about 4 PL's Including myself. I was like WTF? Where are all the Dancers? NO PL's? So many cars Inside their parking lot?
It's a new one, BUT I HAVE BEEN SCAMMED!!! FUCKING SON OF A BITCHES!!!! They tricked people(well a few who entered that night) Into thinking many customers would mean many dancers working as well, but that wasn't the case.
One chica planted herself next to me for the next half hour. I forgot her name, But man it was so depressing in there and out of the 5 dancers NONE were lookers. I asked her when this new club open up. She told me last Monday. Well not this past Monday but the week before that. So 9 days ago to be exact.
After chit-chating, I excused myself to the restroom.
The club is Huge and I notice the lap area is fully private unlike Pink diamonds where it is out in the open.
the lap prices is the same as the other Godfathers clubs.
1 song=$20 Nude
2 song=$30 Nude
3 song=$40 nude
4 song=$50 Nude
5 songs=$60 Nude
The club is much bigger than their sister clubs which are Van Nuys & Canoga Park and very clean.
I only saw one dancer the entire time hit the stage for 2 songs. The DJ was bitching to tip the ladies. I was bitching myself for the way we got tricked into thinking it was a full house in there.
I had thought the door guy was playing around with me, That I even asked the girl is their a gay club upstairs or something. Why so many cars outside the parking lot. She told me NO gay club and she had no Idea why so many cars were parked inside their lot.
So as soon as I headed out I notice a couple of garage doors open to the left side as I was leaving. I think, But not sure they must have Car Mechanics working on cars during the day that
